From Otsu City, Shiga Prefecture, which is said to be the birthplace of mochi making.
We offer over 20 types of daifuku, including black bean daifuku and raw chocolate daifuku, which are made with Shiga Habutae mochi rice, one of Japan's three major rice varieties.
