    A directly managed cafe by ISHIYA, makers of the delicious Hokkaido sweet "Shiroi Koibito", founded in 1947.

    Ishiya Pancakes have been uploaded to social media and have become a hot topic. When you remove the transparent film from the Ishiya Pancakes (Fluffy) Strawberry, fresh cream and strawberry sauce overflow like flowers. Seeing is believing, but the pancakes will be sold out as soon as they run out, and the last order is at 3:30 p.m. Ishiya Pancakes also offers Tiramisu, a sophisticated flavor made with Western liquor.
    Nihonbashi-exclusive "Parfait Sake" is a taste you've never experienced before. Hokkaido-produced "Kamikawa Daisetsu" Junmai Daiginjo sake is poured over a parfait topped with white cotton candy. It has a subtle, elegant sweetness and a smooth taste.

    At the center is a large counter that stretches all around. This is a Kyushu-based European-style bar that offers friendly service, food made with Kyushu ingredients, and alcohol, so anyone can enjoy themselves.

    The most popular item is the "Hakata meibutsu chicken skin skewer." The chicken skin seasoned with Japanese pepper and black pepper, and the sweet and spicy Kyushu soy sauce are so addictively delicious that you'll want to eat as many as you can. This is the big name of the restaurant, and it's hard to talk about Komatsu without trying it! Seafood is air-shipped from Nagahama Market, Fukuoka's sea gateway. If you see "fresh mackerel," which is rare in Tokyo, don't miss out on trying it. Hot pot menu items, such as Hakata meibutsu "ago dashi motsunabe," are prepared in "single-person pots" and served to one person at a time.
    The "Horigotatsu" table can comfortably seat up to four people, so you can bring your children with you. It's a popular seat, so we recommend making a reservation.     The origins of "dashi-inari" can be found at the Japanese restaurant "Umiki" in Omuta, Fukuoka Prefecture, where it was loved by many customers as a final dish after a meal.
    The dashi-inari at Umiki, a newly renovated dashi-inari specialty store, uses Nankan-age, a delicate and easily broken variety that contains no moisture. It is a special deep-fried tofu made with Kyushu-grown soybeans, developed in collaboration with a deep-frying craftsman specifically for dashi-inari. The oil is carefully and slowly removed, and the tofu is slowly simmered in a special bonito stock, and once cooked, it is rolled up without draining the stock to finish. It is served slightly warm when freshly made, and with one bite, the rich flavor and refined sweetness of the stock spreads in your mouth.     The signature dish, "Braised pork belly with jujube and hibiscus sauce," is a punchy dish of steamed pork belly stewed in a sweet and spicy sauce with jujube, dates, and dried hibiscus, which are used in medicinal foods. "Spicy stir-fried minced pork with chives and century egg" is a dish with the aroma of chives that will whet your appetite and the delicious flavor of green peppers and minced pork that will leave you wanting more. It is a popular dish that almost everyone in Taiwan orders. Starting this summer, about 10 new beef dishes will be introduced on the menu.
