Please be wary of suspicious phone calls claiming to be from our company or facilities.
We have recently received information that suspicious phone calls have been made regarding credit cards from individuals claiming to be affiliated with our company.
Specifically, they received phone calls saying things like, "Someone is trying to use your credit card," or "Did you use a MITSUI OUTLET PARK card?"
Our staff and facilities will not contact you regarding credit card usage.
If you receive such a call, please be careful not to provide your credit card number or any other personal information, and do not respond to any requests from the caller.
Basic Policy on Customer Harassment
Our company aims to operate safe, secure and attractive commercial facilities and provide our customers with comfortable spaces and Services.
In order to achieve this, we believe it is essential to protect the mental and physical health of employees working in our commercial facilities and ensure a working environment where they can work with peace of mind.
We will continue to respond sincerely to opinions and requests from customers, but as an organization, we will take a firm stance against any behavior that we determine to be customer harassment, including consulting with the police and lawyers.
■ Definition of customer harassment
Based on the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare's "Corporate Manual for Countermeasures against Customer Harassment," we have defined customer harassment as "customer requests or behavior that is inappropriate or that involves socially inappropriate behavior (abusive language, assault, threats, etc.) that harms the working environment of employees."
The main examples of customer harassment are as follows, but are not limited to these:
・Violence, abusive language, and other harassing behavior
・Excessive or unreasonable requests, or requests unrelated to the product or Services
- Demands or attacks on individual employees
・Time and location restrictions that exceed reasonable limits
・Defamation on social media or the internet
- Any other requests or behavior that are deemed inappropriate according to social standards.
