We manufacture and sell chiffon cakes and baked goods using carefully selected ingredients, such as rice flour made from Koshihikari rice grown in Minamiuonuma, Niigata Prefecture, which is said to have the best taste nihonichi, and kinako (roasted soybean flour) made from soybeans also grown in Minamiuonuma. We also offer sets of rice flour baked goods packed in cute, handmade pouches with motifs.
