The first udon restaurant in Nihonbashi, Tokyo where you can enjoy popular Kansai alcoholic beverages

Kamatake-Nihonbashi Udon, run by Kansai udon leader Takeshi Kida, has two faces: a udon restaurant by day and a bar for casual drinks by night. The authentic udon noodles, made with great care and time, have a unique chewy texture that will delight the palates of soba-loving Kanto residents. In the evening, the restaurant turns into a friendly drinking spot, serving a wide variety of Osaka-style snacks, including kushikatsu, teppanyaki, and oden. The perfect finale is a refreshing udon dish.
