This is a Sanuki udon specialty restaurant that is committed to the chewy texture unique to fresh udon noodles and the deliciousness of freshly fried tempura. With an open kitchen, you can enjoy watching the food being prepared right in front of you. We use only domestic wheat, water, and salt, and make the noodles fresh every day using a noodle-making machine installed in the restaurant, achieving the taste of "handmade" and "freshly made." Enjoy our incredibly delicious, chewy udon noodles, boiled in a large pot right in front of you, topped with piping hot, freshly fried tempura.
In the evenings, you can enjoy not only udon noodles but also a quick drink.
