This is a new style of yakitori restaurant that skillfully incorporates French and Italian techniques into traditional yakitori cooking methods. They offer a variety of dishes, including yakitori skewers made with fresh chicken meat ground that morning and rare internal organs cooked in 18 different ways, as well as their signature a la carte dishes. They also offer rare cuts with rich flavors, so you can fully enjoy the pairing with sake and wine. At lunchtime, you can enjoy their special oyakodon (chicken and egg rice bowl) made with Kyobeni Jidori chicken.
