A Japanese grocery store supervised by the head chef of "KAYANOYA" a natural food restaurant in Fukuoka with roots in a soy sauce brewery. They sell condiments without added chemical seasonings or preservatives, including the convenient "KAYANOYA Dashi." They also sell many products exclusive to the COREDO Muromachi store, such as Sansho soy sauce and Nori soy sauce. The store was designed by architect Kengo Kuma, who also designed the Shin Kabukiza Theater. You can examine the products in a traditional atmosphere that expresses the soy sauce brewery.
