This hugely popular yakiniku restaurant from Hongo, which is absolutely confident and particular about purchasing the entire Wagyu cow, mainly the highest grade A5 Kuroge Wagyu beef, has opened its first store in Nihonbashi. In addition to the yakiniku, the restaurant also serves excellent Morioka kneaded handmade cold noodles, which combine the three elements of "firm noodles," "rich soup," and "spicy kimchi made especially for cold noodles." You can enjoy the ultimate deliciousness to your heart's content.
