This restaurant serves oden made with clear broth that does not contain a single drop of soy sauce, yakitori made with brand-name chicken, and carefully selected sake. They also boast seasonal dishes made with ingredients sourced from all over the country and prepared by a skilled Japanese food chef. For lunch, their specialty is seafood dashi chazuke, which is rice cooked in the finest oden broth.
