This is a new store of "Shisen Hanten," the restaurant of Iron Chef Chen Kenichi and the birthplace of Sichuan cuisine in Japan. In addition to traditional Sichuan cuisine inherited from Chen Kenmin, you can enjoy new Chinese cuisine for the future created by Chen Kenichi and his son Taro and their apprentices. The fusion of historic Nihonbashi and new Sichuan cuisine, along with attentive Services, is creating a richer world of food.
