    This product uses juicy bonito flakes that retain their delicious flavor while being enhanced with the aroma of soy sauce. It is finished with a "Japanese-style nut sauce" that offers a delightful texture from three types of nuts, and a "chili pepper seasoning" made with dried onions and fried onions. It's the perfect accompaniment to rice.

    HAKUZA NIHONBASHI, which carries on the culture of gold leaf, and Eitaro Sohonten, a long-established Japanese confectionery shop in Nihonbashi, have collaborated to create this round gold tsuba (sword guard). The wheat dough is rolled out as thinly as gold leaf, and filled with sweet bean paste, then baked to a fragrant crisp with sesame oil.
