  • [CRAFTROCK BREWPUB & LIVE] Enjoy craft beer and American cuisine

    CRAFTROCK BREWPUB & LIVE is a large brewpub located on the first floor of COREDO Muromachi Terrace.

    With an attached craft brewery, you can enjoy freshly brewed homemade beer and carefully selected guest beers from Japan and abroad, along with American cuisine that complements the flavor of the beer.

    The all-you-can-drink homemade craft beer course allows you to fully enjoy the charm of this restaurant. There are three courses available: 5,500 yen, 6,600 yen, and 7,700 yen (all tax included).

    The 6,600 yen (tax included) course menu consisted of 10 dishes: "Assorted 5 Appetizers," "Assorted Prosciutto and Salami," "Brewers Salad," "Loaded Fries with Cut Steak," "Beer-Steamed Mussels," and "Pasta of the Day"!

    All the dishes are delicious and go well with beer, and the portions are also generous. Even those who prefer to eat and don't drink alcohol will not be disappointed.

    The first thing served is a "5-kind appetizer platter."

    This is a visually stunning dish that includes an assortment of pulled pork appetizers with barbecue sauce, luxurious homemade potato salad with prosciutto, smoked pickles with an addictive aroma, refreshingly delicious Italian olive and sun-dried tomato marinade, and a trail mix that includes nuts and chocolate.

    All the dishes are handmade, and they are all popular appetizers that are also served on the regular menu. You'll be sure to have a beer going down in no time!

    Among the courses packed with delicious flavors, the Brewer's Salad will further stimulate your appetite.

    This is a slightly more grown-up salad that harmonizes the freshness of blood orange juice with the sweetness of liqueur.

    This refreshing salad is made more filling with cheese and chicken. The textures of nuts and dried figs are enhanced, and the vibrant berry flavor adds a touch of flavor. It pairs perfectly with a refreshing beer!

    The "Loaded Fries Cut Steak" stands out among the other dishes in the course, and is a course-exclusive menu item that is not available in the regular a la carte menu.

    This is a special version of the American dish "loaded fries," which are French fries topped with a generous amount of cheese and other toppings and sauces.

    Under the cheese sprinkled all over the dish is a generous portion of thick steak, making it a truly surprising main dish. Not only does it pair incredibly well with beer, but it's also popular because it's the first hot dish served.

    After this, we will also be serving "Beer Steamed Mussels" and "Today's Pasta", so I'm sure the younger members will be very satisfied!

    The all-you-can-drink time is a generous 2 hours and 30 minutes (last orders 30 minutes before closing)!

    There are always 15 to 20 types of craft beer on offer, and all the beer served from the line-up of taps is available for all-you-can-drink.Because it is served in half-pints, you can sample a variety of types and compare them.

    The beer lineup changes depending on the season, and the lineup changes significantly over the course of a week, so you can enjoy a fresh experience every time you visit.

    We also have a wide selection of drinks other than beer, such as cocktails, wine, and soft drinks, so you don't have to worry if there are people at your party who don't like beer.

    CRAFTROCK BREWPUB & LIVE is one of the largest restaurants in COREDO Muromachi, and can accommodate approximately 80 people seated and over 100 people standing. If you have more than 80 people, you can even rent the entire restaurant.

    Of course, it is an extremely versatile restaurant that can accommodate a wide range of occasions, whether it is for 4, 10, or 30 people. If you are planning a welcoming or farewell party in the spring when the cold weather has eased, we recommend dining on the terrace!

  • [IL BACARO ALMA] Toast with wine and luxurious Italian cuisine

    IL BACARO ALMA, an Italian bar with a Venetian concept, offers two course meals with all-you-can-drink options: 5,800 yen and 7,000 yen (both tax included).

    The 7,000 yen (tax included) course we had this time was a luxurious plan that added a main dish to the standard plan.

    The course menu includes a "Two-piece Carpaccio Platter" using seasonal seafood, a "Three-piece Cicchetti Platter" of small dishes, a "Fritto Misto" platter of fried foods, a "Pizza Margherita" made with a special tomato sauce, the signature "Shimanto Pork Bolognese Pasta," the main dish "Tokachi Herb Beef Tagliata with Balsamic Sauce," and a dessert of "Seasonal Gelato and Canelé."

    It's easy to share with everyone and is packed with Italian delicacies that make it a great snack, with no compromises on taste or satisfaction.

    One of the dishes we highly recommend is the "Assorted 3 Types of Cicchetti." Cicchetti are small dishes that are popular in Venice and are enjoyed with wine or other alcoholic beverages. They are an essential part of Venetian culture when talking about Venetian cuisine.

    The menu changes depending on the day, but it includes must-try items. On this day, the menu included sardines marinated in nanbanzuke (pickled vegetables), marinated beans, gnocco fritto, and prosciutto, which was appetizing even to the eye.

    It was the perfect snack to start your drinking session!

    The main dish is "Tokachi Herb Beef Tagliata with Balsamic Sauce." Tagliata comes from the Italian word "tagliare" (to cut), and is a specialty dish from the Tuscany region where beef is grilled in a block and then SLY and served.

    The beef used is "Tokachi Herb Beef," which has a strong red meat flavor. The thickly cut tagliata has a substantial weight to it, allowing you to fully enjoy the thrill of biting into the meat.

    You can enjoy the rich flavor of the original beef, so be sure to pair it with red wine.

    The final dessert of the course is "seasonal gelato and canelés."

    The homemade canelés, handmade at KURAMAE C ANNE LE, a freshly baked canelé specialty store affiliated with IL BACARO ALMA, have a unique texture that is crispy on the outside and creamy on the inside. They are delicious when eaten with gelato.

    The gelato flavors offered change daily, with seasonal recommendations including vanilla and pistachio.

    The all-you-can-drink option is 90 minutes. Seats are limited to two hours, and the last order for all-you-can-drink is 30 minutes before closing.

    The restaurant also has a wide selection of wines, including sparkling, white, and red, which are essential for Italian cuisine. Beer lovers will be delighted to know that they also offer all-you-can-drink draft beer, "SORACHI1984," made with legendary hops!

    Other drinks on offer include dozens of cocktails based on whiskey, cassis, gin, vodka, Campari, Aperol, and rum, as well as three soft drinks.

  • [Soba Kappo Inada] Savor food and drinks that embody the Japanese spirit

    If you're looking for Japanese cuisine, how about Soba Kappo Inada, run by Inada Honten, a long-established sake brewery in Tottori?

    You can enjoy a delicate Japanese kaiseki meal prepared by the chef's hands along with fine sake delivered directly from the brewery.

    There are two courses available: 4,500 yen and 6,000 yen (both including tax). This time, we chose the 6,000 yen (including tax) "Chef's Choice Course."

    The menu consists of eight dishes: a platter of three appetizers, a bowl of soup, a platter of two sashimi dishes, a grilled dish, a meat dish (duck carpaccio), tempura, nihachi soba noodles, and ice cream. Dishes made with seasonal ingredients are served individually plated for each guest.

    The first thing served is a "three-item appetizer platter," an assortment of appetizers made with seasonal ingredients.

    On this day, there were three dishes on offer: "Shirako Ponzu," "Spinach and Chrysanthemum Salad," and "Steamed Chicken and Myoga with Garlic and Sesame Sauce." There are also a selection of excellent dishes to go with sake.

    Each dish is meticulously prepared by hand and is deeply delicious, but the grilled dishes made with seasonal fish are particularly impressive.

    On this day, the dish was "Grilled Yellowtail with Yuzu Miso," with the rich flavor and aroma of the miso enhancing the umami of the thick, juicy flesh.

    Another great thing about this restaurant is that even the side dishes served with the grilled dishes are delicious.

    The tempura served towards the end of the meal is an assortment of four items, each elegantly sized and easy to eat.

    The ingredients here also change depending on the season, but shrimp is included all year round. If you're someone who thinks "shrimp is the first thing that comes to mind when you think of tempura, don't worry!"

    For those ordering a course meal, you can also add all-you-can-drink for an additional 2,500 yen (tax included).

    In addition to 10 types of local sake (4 types of sake, 3 types of shochu, and 3 types of fruit liquor) from the long-established Tottori sake brewery "Inada Honten," the menu also includes a wide range of other drinks, including 3 original Japanese cocktails made with the brewery's sake, as well as draft beer, sours, and soft drinks.

    It's probably rare to find an all-you-can-drink establishment where you can enjoy such a wide selection of carefully selected alcoholic beverages.

    By the way, the staff's top recommendation is the original cocktail "Sobaya Highball." With its fragrant aroma of roasted buckwheat, this drink is recommended for highball lovers!

    The restaurant has 6 counter seats and 24 table seats, for a total of 30 seats. The table seats by the window can be separated by a bamboo blind.

    Courses can be reserved for one person and counter seating is also available, making it a great choice for welcoming or farewell parties for small groups.
