  • We interviewed two Nihonbashi concierges, and one particularly memorable story was when they helped an overseas customer who was having trouble making a reservation for an exhibition. The customer was confused about how to use the Japanese website, but by checking with them, they were able to successfully complete the reservation, and the customer left with a smile and words of gratitude.

On another day, when a customer had few clues and wanted to buy a certain CD, the entire staff looked into it, found a store in another area, and directed them there. The customer came back to thank them later, and the image of that customer still remains in their heart, they told us happily.

NIHONBASHI INFORMATION not only provides tourist information, but also strives to provide warm and friendly assistance to customers, helping them with any problems they may have. Please feel free to stop by when you visit Nihonbashi!
