A must-try chicken chili sauce for cilantro lovers | Modern Chinese 181

Modern Chinese 181, located on the first basement floor of Nihonbashi Mitsui Tower, is a restaurant where you can enjoy classic local Chinese food at reasonable prices that you won't tire of even if you eat it every day. Even now, about six months after opening, the restaurant is still bustling with customers, and is especially popular during lunch hours.
A new dish added to the lunch menu at Modern Chinese 181 this fall is "Herb Chicken Chili Sauce." It's a dish that's striking in both appearance and taste, with deep-fried chicken tossed in a special chili sauce and topped with a generous amount of coriander.The aroma of coriander is strong enough to rival the rich chili sauce and stimulate your appetite. When you bite into it, the soft and juicy fried chicken and the refreshing coriander are a perfect match! The fried shallots add a pleasant texture.
If you like spicy food, adding chili oil is also delicious. It goes incredibly well with rice. Another great thing is that you can have as much rice as you want for free.
This new menu is irresistible for coriander lovers. For those who don't like coriander, you can also choose the regular fried chicken or fried chicken set meal. It's easily Access from subway, so it's also recommended for a quick lunch! -
Special curry only available at a churrasco restaurant | ALEGRIA

Following on from our first instalment, we are introducing ALEGRIA, a churrasco restaurant on the second floor of COREDO Muromachi 2. This time, we will be introducing the stewed curry, which is also very popular for dinner. For lunch, it comes with a salad set for the great price of 900 yen.
The onions are fried until caramelized to bring out their sweetness, and the special roux is simmered for over two hours, inside which are chunks of beef and pork! The texture is moist and tender beyond imagination.
A huge sausage sits on top of the rice, making it a satisfying meal. Plus, they offer free extra portions, which is super generous! For those with smaller appetites or on a diet, you can also change the rice to salad.
Our authentic curry has a lingering spiciness and rich flavor, attracting many repeat customers. Enjoy the luxurious combination of meats and outstanding value for money that only a churrasco restaurant can offer. -
Enjoy gyoza and fried chicken in this greedy set meal | TOUKYOUGYOUZAROU

The main store in Sangenjaya is "TOUKYOUGYOUZAROU" on B1 of COREDO Muromachi 2, a famous gyoza specialty restaurant that has HA行. With a reasonable lunch menu of under 1000 yen, it's a great place for everyday meals.
The menu we had this time was the "Fried Gyoza and Fried Chicken Set Meal." It's a special set meal that includes six of their signature fried gyoza, two pieces of fried chicken, rice, and soup. You can choose from large, medium, or small portions of rice.The fried dumplings are crispy and juicy. They are made with minced Iwanaka pork, a brand of pork from Iwate Prefecture, and carefully selected vegetables, and are small and easy to eat. They have a light taste, but the garlic gives them a punch, making them very satisfying to eat.
You can enjoy a variety of delicious flavors by changing the combination of sauces, such as chili oil and soy sauce, chili oil and vinegar, or vinegar and pepper.
The crispy fried chicken has a crunchy texture and is well seasoned, making it a delicious dish that goes well with rice. It also pairs perfectly with the ginger-flavored soup! -

Daikinboshi, a popular izakaya restaurant on the first basement floor of COREDO Muromachi Terrace, is bustling with customers day and night. Their recommended lunch item is the fried chicken set meal. It is also a popular specialty dish to have as a snack in the evening.
The first thing that surprises you when it's served is the volume of the fried chicken. There are five or six large pieces of fried chicken on the plate, and they feel heavy when you pick them up with chopsticks.The freshly fried chicken, which looks just as appetizing as it is, is prepared in-house and seasoned with a soy sauce base. The flavor goes perfectly with rice, and adding mayonnaise makes it even more flavorful. The generous serving of shredded cabbage on the side makes a wonderful palate cleanser.
What's more, you can have as much rice as you want! You can also order additional toppings such as raw eggs and natto, so even the biggest eaters will be satisfied. -
Ramen with a proud sea bream broth | Tai Shio Soba Touka

In recent years, it's not uncommon to find ramen that costs over 1,000 yen, but at Tai Shio Soba Touka on the first basement floor of COREDO Muromachi Terrace, you can enjoy a reasonably priced bowl of ramen made with carefully selected red sea bream broth.
Their signature dish, "Tai Shio Ramen," is an authentic Japanese ramen made with 100% red sea bream stock. The clear soup is made with only sea bream stock carefully extracted from the backbone of the red sea bream and a special salt sauce. The rich flavor of the sea bream is irresistible!The chewy, straight Chinese noodles are a perfect match for the elegant soup. The carefully selected toppings are visually appealing, with a single slice of pork surrounded by yuzu peel, gluten, green onions, and long bamboo shoots.
What's more, even if you drink up the soup, it's still only about 523 kcal, making it a very healthy dish. It's perfect for lunch, or as a final bowl after drinking! Feel free to try this guilt-free ramen! -
