    Nihonbashi Suminoe is a seafood izakaya where you can enjoy freshly dressed fish delivered every day from the restaurant's own fishing boats and contracted fishermen, as well as fresh, seasonal fish delivered by fishermen from all over the country.

    The first thing you should try when you visit Nihonbashi Suminoe is the Suminoe Sashimi 7-piece Platter. The platter is made by the chef using fresh fish delivered from fishing ports all over Japan, from Hokkaido to Kyushu, and is cut fresh that day. It is truly a dish that serves as the restaurant's business card.

    "Hakkaisan Sennen Kojiya" is a concept Shops run by Hakkaisan, a long-established sake brewery in Niigata, where you can enjoy fermentation and Japanese culture with all five senses. The shop also has a bar space where you can casually enjoy the marriage of "sake and food", with a focus on Japanese sake.

    The recommended drink at Hakkaisan Sennen Kojiya is BROOKLYN KURA's "OCCIDENTAL," which was created at a sake brewery in Brooklyn, New York. It is a drink that combines Japanese brewing techniques with the local water and climate.

    If you visit Hakata New Komatsu, one drink you definitely want to try is the Komatsu Pale Ale. This craft beer is made exclusively for Hakata New Komatsu at the Fukuoka Craft brewery in Okagaki-machi, Fukuoka Prefecture.

    It is made using pure water from Okagaki Town, which was selected as one of Japan's 100 famous waters, Mosaic and Citra hops, and Simcoe (a type of hop) as a secret ingredient.
