PIERRE MARCOLINI was born in Belgium in 1964 and is one of Belgium's leading chocolatiers. He became fascinated with chocolate from the age of 14 and decided to become a chocolatier. After training at a number of famous stores, he became independent as a chocolatier in 1994. In his 30s, in pursuit of deliciousness and quality, he stopped using chocolate purchased from manufacturers and instead devoted himself to making chocolate from cocoa beans with his own hands.

PIERRE MARCOLINI travels around the world in pursuit of cacao, visiting cacao farms himself, meeting producers, selecting the cacao, and signing contracts directly with the cacao farms. He aims to select only the highest quality cacao beans, respect sustainability, and create chocolate with ethical values.

The company has received over 40 awards to date, and in 2015 was appointed as a purveyor to the Belgian Royal Family in recognition of its many years of achievements. By continuously kneading the ice cream with a special machine, we create a new texture that is as light as air! You can enjoy the "freshly made taste" any time.

This craft cola is made from roasted cocoa beans and cocoa peel (cocoa tea) blended with nine types of spices, including French brown sugar "Vergeoise," cinnamon, and cloves. It is a unique PIERRE MARCOLINI craft cola.

An assortment of macarons created with PIERRE MARCOLINI 's sense and attention to detail. The crispy texture of the pastry matches perfectly with the smooth flavors of the ganache and cream.

This is an assortment of cookies with a duck motif from the popular chocolate brand "Animo Caramel." You can enjoy two flavors: "Bitter," which is made by mixing caramel into the cookies, baking them until fragrant, and coating them in bitter chocolate, and "Milk," which is a butter cookie coated in mellow milk chocolate.

Freshly made in-house, silky ice cream is topped with rich chocolate cream made using original couverture, accented with caramelized ripe bananas. This parfait allows you to fully enjoy the deep flavor of chocolate.
