    "hareterrace nihonbashi" is a gelato specialty store with its main store in Karuizawa. With the theme of "extraordinary texture, overwhelming flavor, and overwhelming variety," they apparently make 3 to 4 tons of gelato every month!

    Hare Terrace's handmade gelato is made using specially selected milk from Shinshu. Amazingly, they use different milk depending on the flavor, whether it's light, mellow, or rich.

    Imoya Kinjiro is run by Shibuya Foods, nihonichi 's largest producer of sweet potato chips. The freshly fried sweet potato chips, made using olive oil, are a signature item that is only available at COREDO Muromachi store and have people lining up every day.

    They grow the potato seedlings themselves, and the method for making Imokenpi is a trade secret. Imoya Kinjiro is extremely passionate about making Imokenpi, but did you know they are also renowned for their sweets made with potatoes?
