COREDO YELLO W FES is here! Introducing the best menu and merchandise!

2024/04/26
  • COREDO YELLO Festival will be held from Friday, April 12th to Monday, May 6th, 2024 (a national holiday)! Numerous menu items and goods in the vitamin-colored yellow that you can eat, use, and feel energized will be available at COREDO Muromachi.

In this article, we will introduce six of the best items.

  • [First, let us introduce the three YELLO menu items!]

COREDO Muromachi 1 1F "LINA STORES" Tagliatelle with lemon butter sauce

    info

Tagliatelle with lemon butter sauce 1,400 yen (tax included)

LINA STORES is an Italian restaurant that started in the Soho district of London and is frequented by Italians looking for a taste of home. It is an all-day dining restaurant where you can casually enjoy authentic Italian cuisine. The store's IN is a pistachio green and white striped pattern. The stylish interior is also popular with customers as it lifts their spirits.

When talking about LINA STORES, you can't leave out the handmade fresh pasta. They offer a wide variety of pasta, from the standard varieties to unique shapes that are rarely seen in Japan. In addition, the appetizers and desserts made with carefully selected ingredients also have an authentic taste.

The YELLO menu we will focus on this time is "Tagliatelle with Lemon Butter Sauce." This pasta dish is inspired by the Amalfi Coast of Southern Italy. At the heart of this dish is the essence of the experience of eating light, peppery pasta in a very warm climate with an abundance of lemon trees.

This is a refreshing dish made by combining long, ribbon-shaped tagliatelle pasta with lemon butter and pink pepper, and topping it with fresh basil and Grana Padano. The richness of the butter and the freshness of the lemon combine to bring out the flavors and aromas of each ingredient, even with only a few ingredients.

We also recommend pairing it with Aperol Spirits as an aperitif and eggplant polpette as an appetizer!

  • COREDO Muromachi 2 B1 "TOUKYOUGYOUZAROU" Grilled Cheese Gyoza

    info

Grilled cheese gyoza 520 yen (tax included)

TOUKYOUGYOUZAROU a gyoza specialty restaurant that opened in Sangenjaya, Tokyo in 1999 and has long lines of customers waiting to get in. Their specialty is thin-skinned gyoza. They use domestic wheat flour, vegetables, and Iwanaka pork from Iwate Prefecture (a healthy SPF pork that is free of pathogens during growth), and freeze the gyoza immediately after production in their own factory to lock in the flavor of the filling.

TOUKYOUGYOUZAROU 's recommended YELLO menu item, "Seared Cheese Gyoza," is a dish made by topping our signature fried gyoza with a generous amount of cheese and then grilling it thoroughly. The cheese is melty and the crust is crispy, like pizza, and the perfect combination of cheese and gyoza is a feast for both the eyes and the tongue. Pair it with ice-cold draft beer and you'll be hooked!
