"Bean-to-bar chocolate" creates a luxurious marriage
When it comes to coffee accompaniments, chocolate is probably the first thing that comes to mind for many people. "green bean to bar CHOCOLATE" on the first floor of COREDO Muromachi Terrace is a chocolate shop that has won top awards at international awards.
All products are manufactured in Nakameguro, where the main store is located. As the name Green Bean to Bar Chocolate suggests, the entire process from cacao beans to chocolate is done by hand, in a "bean to bar" style, resulting in chocolate that allows you to enjoy the original flavor and individuality of the cacao beans.
This time, the recommended accompaniment to coffee was the bean-to-bar bonbon chocolates, each one handmade.Bonbon Chocolat 3,672 yen (8 pieces)
The thickness is about 10mm, which is the perfect thickness for the perfect melt-in-your-mouth texture. When you cut into the thin, beautiful coating, you'll find that it's packed with beautiful layers of ganache and praline.
There are eight flavors: coffee, milk, nativo, almond, cassis, black sesame, red bean paste, and mandarin orange. They are so delicious that they are completely different from regular chocolate. The black sesame and cassis flavors in particular are said to go perfectly with coffee.

"Croissants & Donuts" that complement coffee
If bread and coffee is your standard breakfast, then BOUL'ANGE is a boulangerie you should visit at least once. The shop is located at COREDO Muromachi 3 B1, and is easily Access from subway station. Inside the shop, you'll find a wide selection of beautifully baked and delicious bread, baked using traditional French methods. It opens at 7:30 in the morning and has a large number of seats, so many people are relaxing there from the morning.
At Beurre Ange, they focus on "viennoiserie," a rich pastry made with eggs, milk, sugar, etc., and the most popular item is the "croissant." They use high-quality domestic butter and an original blend of wheat, and the craftsmen carefully fold each one to finish it.

Its greatest feature is that it is folded less times than a regular croissant. This gives it a crispy crust and a chewy texture inside. The rich aroma of butter goes really well with coffee. If you take it home, toast it in the toaster oven for 1-2 minutes and then let it sit for a while to bring back the crispy texture.
Another recommended item to go with your coffee is the "donuts" that were newly introduced last fall. They come in five different flavors: chocolate cream, custard cream, pistachio cream, strawberry cream, and bean paste whipped cream.

It has a fluffy texture, and even after you take it home, it still feels fluffy. It is filled with cream and has a strong sweetness, so it goes without saying that it goes well with coffee. The cute appearance is also a point, so it seems to be a good souvenir.
