"COREDO ORANGE FES", which focuses on the orange color that colors autumn, will be held in COREDO Muromachi and COREDO Nihonbashi from October 16 (Monday) ~ November 5 (Sunday). During the period, each restaurant will have a menu using seasonal ingredients and an orange-themed menu. Natsume-an, which has the theme of "Eat to be organized, eat to be warm, eat to be beautiful," has two limited-edition autumn menu items: "Autumn Fermented Red Bean and Chestnut Porridge Set" and "Mushroom Medicinal Food Muromachi Set." Both dishes use plenty of seasonal mushrooms. In medicinal food regimen, mushrooms are said to nourish "ki." A lack of ki can lead to poor health, such as fatigue, lethargy, and lack of motivation.
