Chef Mika Yamazaki of the famous Kagurazaka restaurant "Yamasaki" creates the exquisite seasonal delicacy "Shunka no Pâté de Fruits" using only the finest seasonal fruits (domestically produced).

A popular hotpot restaurant in Kagurazaka. After eight years of training at an Edo-style restaurant in Otsuka, Mika Yamazaki opened her hotpot restaurant "Yamasaki" in Kagurazaka in 2002. This renowned restaurant specializes in seasonal hotpots, including the iconic Edo dish "Negima Nabe," and Edo-style cuisine made with locally sourced ingredients from the Tokyo area. In 2007, it was awarded one star in the Michelin Guide Tokyo.
