Thank you for always choosing Arcoba. Starting October 1st, we have changed our lunch menu to include pasta and risotto dishes featuring the flavors of autumn. The lineup showcases the aromas and textures unique to the season, leaving a pleasant and lasting impression. We hope you will take this opportunity to enjoy them.
Smoked mackerel and radicchio peperoncino with lemon
This dish combines the rich umami of homemade smoked mackerel with the pleasant bitterness and crisp texture of radicchio. The smoky aroma complements the spicy oil-based pasta, enhancing the sophisticated flavor. A grated lemon garnish at the end lightens the overall dish, leaving a refreshing aftertaste.
"Creamy pasta with salsiccia and Malabar spinach ~with black pepper~"
This creamy pasta features homemade salsiccia infused with sage and lime, combined with mild, slightly sticky Malabar spinach. A sprinkle of black pepper adds a sharp contrast to the smooth cream sauce.
Chestnut and Maitake Mushroom Cheese Risotto with Sudachi Citrus
Chestnut season has arrived once again this year. We've combined our popular chestnut risotto with maitake mushrooms to create a dish that is full of the flavors of autumn. The sudachi citrus fruit grated on top at the end provides a pleasant accent, refreshingly complementing the rich cheese risotto.
Please enjoy our new lunch menu, which reflects the changing seasons, at Arcoba. We look forward to your visit.
