We have recently received information that suspicious phone calls have been made regarding credit cards from individuals claiming to be affiliated with our company.

Specifically, they received phone calls saying things like, "Someone is trying to use your credit card," or "Did you use a MITSUI OUTLET PARK card?"

Our staff and facilities will not contact you regarding credit card usage.

If you receive such a call, please be careful not to provide your credit card number or any other personal information, and do not respond to any requests from the caller.

Our company aims to operate safe, secure and attractive commercial facilities and provide our customers with comfortable spaces and Services.
In order to achieve this, we believe it is essential to protect the mental and physical health of employees working in our commercial facilities and ensure a working environment where they can work with peace of mind.
We will continue to respond sincerely to opinions and requests from customers, but as an organization, we will take a firm stance against any behavior that we determine to be customer harassment, including consulting with the police and lawyers.
　
■ Definition of customer harassment
Based on the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare's "Corporate Manual for Countermeasures against Customer Harassment," we have defined customer harassment as "customer requests or behavior that is inappropriate or that involves socially inappropriate behavior (abusive language, assault, threats, etc.) that harms the working environment of employees."
The main examples of customer harassment are as follows, but are not limited to these:
・Violence, abusive language, and other harassing behavior
・Excessive or unreasonable requests, or requests unrelated to the product or Services
- Demands or attacks on individual employees
・Time and location restrictions that exceed reasonable limits
・Defamation on social media or the internet
- Any other requests or behavior that are deemed inappropriate according to social standards.

When using this facility, the following actions are prohibited within the facility.
We ask for your understanding and cooperation in following the detailed rules so that everyone can use the facility comfortably.

・Commercial photography within the park requires separate permission. Please refrain from taking photographs without permission.
Smoking is prohibited within the park (please smoke in designated smoking areas).
・Bicycles and motorcycles are prohibited in the park.
If you come to the park by bicycle or motorbike, please park in the bicycle parking area rather than leaving it unattended.
・Pets are not allowed on the lawn. The reason we do not allow dogs or other pets on the lawn is to prevent them from defecating on the lawn. The lawn is also a place where children sit directly on, so we have prohibited them from entering the lawn out of concern for hygiene.
・The use of fireworks or other open flames is prohibited within the park.
・Bringing dangerous items into the park is prohibited.
・Football, baseball, other ball games and frisbees are prohibited in the park.
・Skateboards and roller skates are prohibited in the park.
・Flying drones (unmanned aerial vehicles) is prohibited within the park.
・Please refrain from littering or other actions that may spoil the beauty of the park; please use the trash cans provided instead.
・Please do not feed animals such as pigeons.
・Donation, solicitation, posting posters and other similar activities are prohibited within the park.
・Please refrain from any other noise, dangerous NA行, or behavior that may cause inconvenience to others.
・Entry into Mizuhehiroba is prohibited except during events.

Starting April 1, 2023, the operation of bicycle parking lots ZONE2 to 4 will change as follows.

Operating hours: 10:00-24:00 (closed outside these hours)

In addition, all bicycle parking lots within the park only allow parking for bicycles.
(Motorcycles are not permitted.)
