When using this facility, the following actions are prohibited within the facility.
We ask for your understanding and cooperation in following the detailed rules so that everyone can use the facility comfortably.

・If you wish to take photographs for commercial purposes within the park, you must obtain permission in advance. Please refrain from taking photographs without permission.
・Smoking is prohibited within the park (please smoke in designated smoking areas).
・Bicycles and motorcycles are prohibited within the park.
If you come to the park by bicycle, please park in the bicycle parking area and do not leave it unattended.
・Pets are not allowed on the lawn. The reason dogs and other pets are not allowed on the lawn is to prevent them from defecating on the lawn. The lawn is also a place where children sit, so we have prohibited pets from entering the lawn out of concern for hygiene.
・The use of fireworks or other open flames is prohibited within the park.
・Bringing dangerous items into the park is prohibited.
・Football, baseball, other ball games, and frisbees are prohibited in the park.
・Skateboards and roller skates are prohibited in the park.
・Flying drones (unmanned aerial vehicles) is prohibited within the park.
・Please refrain from littering or other actions that may spoil the beauty of the park; please use the trash cans provided.
・Please do not feed animals such as pigeons.
・Donation, solicitation, postering, and other similar activities are prohibited within the park.
・Noise, dangerous NA行, and behavior that causes inconvenience to others are prohibited.
・Entry into Mizuhehiroba is prohibited except during events.

To ensure you can enjoy the lawn in the park, we will have a recovery period as follows.
We apologize for the inconvenience, but access to the curing area will be restricted during this period.

Starting Monday, September 1, 2025, construction work will be carried out to make bicycle parking within the park subject to fees.
During the construction period (Monday, September 1st - end date to be determined), the bicycle parking lot will be unavailable, so please use the temporary bicycle parking lot.
Please note that some bicycle parking areas will be closed after construction is completed.
