"Homemade Shiso Genovese Octopus with Lemon"
Arcoba 's signature homemade pesto made with shiso leaves.
This year, we've made improvements, making it even more delicious.
We serve octopus that is fresh enough to be eaten as sashimi, lightly seasoned.
Finish it off by grating some lemon over it for a refreshing touch.
"Cold soy milk sesame cream pasta with wood-fired ground beef and cucumber, topped with green chili and lime"
This dish features a light sesame cream made solely from soy milk, combined with ground beef and cucumber.
The refreshing and sharp taste of green chili peppers adds a nice accent.
We added grated lime for a refreshing finish.
"Domestic Roast Pork and Corn Cheese Risotto with Black Pepper"
This corn and cheese risotto is a popular dish every year.
Enjoy it with domestically produced pork loin that has been slow-roasted in the oven.
Lunch dessert: Peach mousse with sudachi jelly
This dessert features peach pulp mousse paired with sudachi citrus jelly for a slightly Japanese twist.

This week's recommended pasta dish is a cold pasta that offers a refreshing taste perfect for summer.
To finish off the experience, we've prepared a special presentation where we shave "tomato shaved ice," which is packed with the delicious flavor of tomatoes, right in front of our customers.
With its cool texture and fragrant tomato flavor, this dish is perfect for the hot season.

For our second shaved ice creation of the year, we've created our first ever shaved ice using herbal tea.
Rosehips combined with lavender offer a refreshing balance of tartness and sweetness, along with the delightful fragrances of rose and lavender.
Topped with plenty of freshly roasted pint pineapple, this dessert is finished with a tropical touch of coconut milk cream and blood orange ice cream.
