Tiramisu-style French toast
New dolce has arrived to warm your body and soul during the cold season.
Baguettes slowly baked in a stone oven are made into French toast, giving it a soft and fluffy texture.
A generous amount of mascarpone cheese is layered on top, creating a luxurious tiramisu-like finish.
If you add fragrant espresso to your taste, the bitter and sweet flavors will blend together for a sophisticated taste.
We bake them carefully after receiving your order, so it may take a little time.
This dish is perfect for a coffee break or after dinner.
Freshly baked warm dolce will brighten up your evening.
 

Located right next to Hisaya-odori Station, Arcoba serves Italian cuisine, including wood-fired dishes, and has introduced a new pasta and risotto menu that makes generous use of seasonal ingredients and aromas!

"Oil pasta with wood-grilled octopus and rape blossoms - Shichimi flavor"
A simple oil pasta made with wood-grilled octopus and seasonal rape blossoms.
The umami of the octopus and the subtle bitterness of the rape blossoms go perfectly together.
It is topped with shichimi pepper to give it a slightly spicy flavor.

"Crab and spinach soy milk cream pasta with white sauce espuma"
Soy milk cream pasta inspired by crab cream gratin.
We use curly spinach, which is characterized by its sweetness and texture.
White sauce lightly finished with espuma.

"Beef cheek stewed in red wine with cheese risotto - black pepper flavor"
A simple dish that combines domestic beef cheek meat stewed tenderly in red wine with cheese risotto.
Finish with pepper to bring out the flavor.

The dessert in the lunch dessert set will also be changed to "honey lemon mousse."

For lunch, you can also enjoy our popular wood-fired grilled meat and seasonal dessert set.

We offer a variety of wines, highballs, shochu, sours, cocktails, fruit liqueurs (plum wine, yuzu, white peach), and soft drinks.
★You can add beer to the all-you-can-drink menu for an additional 500 yen.
★The time limit is 90 minutes.

★You can also add a special dessert for an additional 500 yen (total 6,000 yen)!

Instead of the popular "Kuzuryu Maitake mushrooms grilled on firewood,"
Starting today, we have added a new option: "Wood-fired 'Inca Awakening'"!
<Luxuriously enjoy the legendary potato over a wood fire> The rare variety "Inca's Awakening" is also known as the "legendary potato" due to its intense sweetness and sticky texture similar to that of a chestnut.
By slowly roasting it over Arcoba 's signature wood fire, we have been able to bring out the rich sweetness to the fullest.
- Attention to detail in the seasoning: To bring out the best flavor of the ingredients, we used anchovy butter and Parmesan cheese to create a simple yet deep flavor.
We also offer half-size portions, perfect for one person or when you just want one more dish.

As the name suggests, it uses a whole apple!
The apples are carefully caramelized with amaretto liquor, boasting a deep richness and aroma.
- A harmony of hot and cold: A piping hot apple pie served in a skillet, topped with honey-flavored ricotta cheese cream and cold vanilla ice cream.
-Aromatic accent: With its generous aroma of cinnamon, this dish is a delight for all five senses.
