We have prepared a dish that makes full use of the bounty of spring, such as the fragrant aroma of sakura shrimp, the freshness of green asparagus and broad beans, and the sweetness of baby corn.
The savory flavor of the prosciutto and the creaminess of the soft-boiled egg, combined with the aroma of wood-fired cooking, create a deep, spring-like taste.

• "Oil Pasta with Sakura Shrimp Fritters and Green Asparagus ~Lemon~" The rich sweetness and flavor of sakura shrimp pair perfectly with green asparagus. The sakura shrimp are fried to add a textural accent. A squeeze of lemon adds a refreshing finish.
• "Wood-fired Young Corn Soy Milk Carbonara with Black Pepper" This is a carbonara-style cream pasta using seasonal young corn. The subtle sweetness of the wood-fired young corn and the saltiness of the bacon are mellowed by the cheese.
• "Broad Bean Cheese Risotto with Prosciutto from Gunma Prefecture's Wheat-Fed Pork and Soft-Boiled Egg" This broad bean cheese risotto has a fluffy texture. The prosciutto from Gunma Prefecture's wheat-fed pork has a mild, gentle salty flavor. A soft-boiled egg adds umami and richness.
