A menu centered on "healthy vegetables"

We want to create the "atmosphere" of Pan Deuce. This is where the story begins. Currently, Pan Deuce is a bakery, selling baked goods at room temperature. When we thought about how we could serve them in an even better condition, we came up with the idea of "hot food while it's hot, cold food while it's cold," and set up table seating. Of course, Pan Deuce will continue to sell bread at the next Pan Deuce, but we would like to focus on the dining space and create a menu centered around the "wholesome vegetables" that Pan Deuce is involved with.
