Having offered a variety of flavors in the past, we are now launching the "Cookie & Cream Afternoon Tea," featuring crunchy cookies and plenty of whipped cream. The top tier of the two-tiered Chinese steamer basket is luxuriously filled with five popular Taiwanese sweets, including the afternoon tea-exclusive "Taiwanese Castella Cookie & Cream," as well as "Mini Douhua," "Mini Tangyuan," and "Pineapple Cake." The bottom tier offers four types of Chun Shui Tang 's original small plate dishes, including "Mini Gua Bao," "Sesame Sauce Dumplings," and "Plump Shrimp Dumplings." Furthermore, the glass parfait is a special creation combining Taiwanese castella, tapioca, and topped with vanilla ice cream and cookies. Enjoy it as is, or halfway through, pour Tieguanyin, a type of oolong tea, over it for a luxurious, slightly bitter affogato-like experience. We offer one drink from over 50 kinds of specialty teas and one Taiwanese tea. A seasonal drink featuring cookies and cream is also available.
