Ernst FEILER, who started a weaving workshop in 1928, was inspired by the traditional Bavarian craft of chenille weaving, and continued to develop his own original ideas. Twenty years later, in 1948, he perfected weaving a fabric using his own unique techniques and founded the chenille brand FEILER. Hohenberg is located in eastern Germany near the border with the Czech Republic.
