"Miyatake Sanuki Udon" opens on Thursday, December 11th!
We have partnered with Miyatake Sanukiseimenjyo, a long-established noodle maker in Marugame, Kagawa Prefecture, and we use the noodle dough from the noodle maker to make noodles in our store. Enjoy the authentic taste of chewy Sanuki udon noodles boiled in a custom-made large pot and a flavorful broth made with dried sardines and kelp from the Seto Inland Sea!
