Miyatake Sanuki Udon

We have partnered with Miyatake Miyatake Sanukiseimenjyo, a long-established noodle maker in Marugame, Kagawa Prefecture, and we use the dough from the noodle factory to make noodles in-house.We serve authentic Sanuki udon noodles boiled in a custom-made large pot and made with a flavorful broth made from dried sardines and kelp from the Seto Inland Sea.
