The restaurant was founded in 1974 with the strong passion of its predecessor, who wanted to provide safe, cheap and delicious food to the young people of Americamura, Osaka. As he was originally from Shiga, the restaurant has been serving Koga-ryu for 35 years in Osaka, the home of SHIGA RYUO. It is the first store to offer a premium version with carefully selected ingredients.
