Located near the advance payment machine at the northwest entrance on the 1st floor or at the counter on the east side of the center court on the 1st floor
Print out your usage history using the ETC usage history printer and answer the questionnaire on your smartphone.

<STEP 3>
Printed usage history and the completed survey screen
Present your card at the east side counter of the center court on the 1st floor (11:00-19:00),
Can be used at LaLaport Kadoma and MITSUI OUTLET PARK Osaka Kadoma
