They come together in the mouth, creating an exquisite balance of a rich milky flavor that spreads softly the moment you take a bite, and a smooth, melt-in-your-mouth flavor. Since its release, the total number of units sold has reached approximately 20 million, and it was developed as a cheesecake that makes the most of the richness of Hokkaido milk.
