1. [Application Guidelines]
The "Follow & Like gram　contemporary Instagram for a chance to win a pair of accommodation vouchers for Mitsui Garden Hotel Okayama" campaign (hereinafter referred to as "this campaign") is a project utilizing the "MITSUI OUTLET PARK KURASHIKI official gram　contemporary account" (hereinafter referred to as "official account") provided by Mitsui Fudosan Retail Management Co., Ltd., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company"). Before applying to this campaign, please read the following application terms and conditions (hereinafter referred to as "these terms") and apply only if you agree to them. Customers who apply to this campaign (hereinafter referred to as "applicants") are deemed to have agreed to these terms and conditions and apply between them and the Company.

These terms and conditions are subject to change without notice. Please check the latest version before applying.

2. [Application Period]
From August 9, 2026 (Sun) 12:00 to September 13, 2026 (Sun) 23:59

3. [Prizes]
Two pairs of accommodation vouchers for Mitsui Garden Hotel Okayama (1 night, breakfast included), for 4 people.
*Accommodation voucher valid from August 9, 2026 (Sun) to May 31, 2027 (Mon) (Excluding January 11, 2027 (Mon/National Holiday))

4. [How to apply]
Your application will be submitted by completing steps ① and ② below.
① Follow the official account (@mop_kurashiki) during the campaign period (following before the start date of this campaign is also eligible).
② Like the campaign entry post (hereinafter referred to as "campaign post") during the campaign period.

5. [Application Requirements]
You will need to have an gram　contemporary account and the ability to "like" the target posts and follow the official account via the internet.
- Anyone who unfollows the official account or unlikes the campaign post during the period leading up to the winner announcement will be disqualified from this campaign.
- If you change your username or name during the period leading up to the winner announcement, you will be excluded from the drawing.
・Applications are limited to residents of Japan.
- Accounts that are set to private will not be eligible to apply.
*Please follow the official account and "like" the campaign post using the same account. If we cannot confirm that you are following the official account with the account that "liked" the post, you will be ineligible even if you are following the official account with a different account.

6. [Announcement of Winners]
・Winners will be notified by the secretariat via gram　contemporary Direct Message by mid-October 2026. (Please turn on gram　contemporary notifications (push notifications) on your device.) The notification will include a URL to a registration form where you can enter your information. Your win will be confirmed once you have entered the required information.
Please note that if you do not respond within 7 days of receiving the winning notification, or if you do not provide the necessary information for shipping the prize, such as your name, address, and contact information, your winning rights will be forfeited.
Please note that if we are unable to verify your winning status due to errors in the information you provided, or if the information you entered does not reach us for any reason, such as a user error, your winning entry may be invalidated.

7. [Regarding Instagram gram　contemporary Messages]
• Winners will be notified via direct message from the official account. Please note that if you have blocked the account, you may not receive the message. Also, please be careful not to miss the direct message. Depending on your environment, please download or update the app.
