For two days, August 1st (Sat) - August 2nd (Sun), at the roof terrace of MITSUI OUTLET PARK KISARAZU,
We will be holding a special pre-event for EARTH BEAT FES, a festival of food and agriculture, packed with all the spirit we have in mind.
 
By connecting with the bounty of the fields, you can discover the stories behind the "everyday food" you eat.

① A face made from the bounty of the field
No two vegetables are alike. This Shops combines the bounty of the field, each with different shapes and colors, to create a "face."
It's an experience where you discover the individuality and richness of food through the joy of creating.
 
② Decorate the venue with irregularly shaped vegetables.
Vegetables that would otherwise be thrown away are transformed into colorful decorations.
These "mismatched" objects, varying in shape and size, are transformed into art that fills the venue.
 
③ See, touch, and tie together. Making vegetable bouquets.
Creating bouquets involves carefully observing and arranging the usual vegetables that grace the dinner table.
The colors, shapes, and overlapping leaves come together to create a single work of art, resulting in a one-of-a-kind "vegetable bouquet."
