Yamamochi
"Yamamochi" is a Japanese confectionery brand produced by Masami Yamamoto, the winner of the R-1 Grand Prix 2014.
The signature product, "Peanut Mochi," combines the fragrant flavor of peanuts with the soft texture of mochi.
This is a popular product at Rinasu. Furthermore, the "Authentic Warabi Mochi," made with real warabi starch, has a melt-in-your-mouth texture.
The appeal lies in the rich aroma of the kinako (roasted soybean flour). Each and every wagashi (Japanese confectionery) is made with meticulous attention to detail, from the selection of ingredients to the manufacturing process.
We make our products with care. These items are perfect for personal enjoyment, and also make wonderful gifts and souvenirs.

We sell carefully selected items such as "fatty bonito tataki," "horse sashimi," and "roasted chestnuts."
Our carefully selected "seared fatty bonito," made by searing the surface of flavorful fatty bonito to a fragrant crisp, is a rare delicacy that you won't often come across.
