Genbei of Tsukushi Island
We inherit the culture of Japanese mackerel sushi and pressed sushi, which originated from local cuisine, and produce mackerel sushi, grilled mackerel sushi, and miso-grilled mackerel sushi, which are created by selecting ingredients that harmonize with the familiar mackerel sushi and grilled mackerel sushi.
We aim to provide truly delicious mackerel sushi and grilled mackerel sushi that you will be pleased with, without compromising on the balance of flavors.

Hakata Motsunabe Star Festival
Authentic motsunabe made with domestic beef offal.
The soup is made with carefully selected ingredients and has been carefully crafted through trial and error, resulting in a mellow and rich miso flavor.

Hakata Torikawa Nagamasa
Only lean neck skin is used, and the meat is carefully rolled using a unique method, then left to prepare for five days.
By repeatedly baking and letting it rest, the outside becomes crispy, the inside juicy, and the flavor is fragrant.
They're not greasy and one person can easily eat 10 of them.

Hakata Yasuke
Since our founding in 1963, we have been dedicated to gyoza in Hakata.
This gyoza specialty store uses fresh domestic vegetables, carefully selected pork, and original flour, and is extremely particular about the texture and deliciousness of the finished dumplings.
