Made with 100% Hokkaido soybeans and rice.
This product was developed based on customer feedback such as "I want to be able to drink miso soup easily" and "I want miso that dissolves easily."
This miso is very soft, so you can easily make miso soup by simply putting this product, dried vegetables, seaweed, or your favorite frozen vegetables in a bowl and pouring hot water over it.
Add water and it can also be used as a cold soup!
Keep it on hand for camping or in case of a disaster.
It's very convenient. One bag makes about 20 cups.
