A long-established sweet shop in front of Sensoji Temple that has been in business since the Edo period.
We continue to make seasonal Japanese sweets using traditional bean paste that has been passed down through the generations.

Ako Natural Yeast Bread and Fresh Chiffon Cake Kobokobo
Ako natural yeast bread dough does not contain shortening, margarine, or yeast food.
The shop's signature chiffon cake is made using a unique method and blend, minimizing the amount of flour used.
It has a melt-in-your-mouth texture even without the use of fresh cream.
Some products may be uneven or imperfect, but each one is handmade with care.

Kishu Nanko Plums Marufuku Honpo
Nanko plums from Kishu are pickled using traditional and cutting-edge techniques.
We offer a wide range of umeboshi, from 1.5% salt to traditional pickled plums.
