Yamagata Ita Soba noodles are made with plenty of buckwheat husks, giving them a strong flavor and aroma, and a great texture.

Suzuhiro Kamaboko
Founded in 1865, we have been making kamaboko in Odawara for a long time, using high-quality fish paste without relying on preservatives.
We use naturally fermented seasonings to bring out the natural flavor of the ingredients.

Yamagata Tsuruoka Daifuku Castle
These rice cakes are made from horse chestnuts harvested at the foot of Mt. Gassan in Yamagata Prefecture and have been carefully soaked to remove any bitterness.

Marufuku Honpo
Nanko plums from Kishu are pickled using traditional and cutting-edge techniques.
We offer a wide range of umeboshi, from 1.5% salt to traditional umeboshi.
