Our pride and joy is our rice, cooked in a large traditional stove, and we offer three varieties: Niigata-grown white rice, seasonal mixed rice, and mixed grain rice. In addition to seasonal dishes, we also have a selection of fine sake and shochu, so you can enjoy a rich and fulfilling time at Torafuku for a variety of occasions, from everyday meals to banquets.
