We pride ourselves on our fresh seafood, delivered directly from the Toyosu fish market wholesaler, which has been in business since 1871 and is the family business of our founding owner, and our homemade monjayaki broth, which is made by uniquely blending seafood, chicken bones, and aromatic vegetables. All monjayaki is carefully cooked on a griddle right in front of you by our staff, so even first-timers can enjoy delicious, freshly made monjayaki with peace of mind.
