[RINGO New Product] Introducing the Autumn Taste of Sweet Potato and Chestnut Pie!

RINGO's two autumn-only dessert pies, "Freshly Baked Custard Apple Pie Beni Tenshi Sweet Potato" and "Freshly Baked Open Pie [Hojicha Montblanc]," will be available from Saturday, November 1st.

RINGO's most popular original apple pie is made with a crispy pie crust filled with candied apples and custard cream, and topped with a generous amount of sweet potato bean paste made with the sticky sweet "Beni Tenshi" apples. The sweet and sour candied apples, the rich and milky custard cream, and the sweet and distinctively sweet sweet potato bean paste are in perfect harmony. This apple pie is enjoyable for its contrast between the rich dessert-like texture that clings to your tongue and the flaky and sticky texture.

Freshly baked open pie (Hojicha Montblanc)
The crispy pie dough is made with 729 layers that are carefully folded and baked, and is filled with fragrant roasted green tea custard cream made in-house and plenty of chestnut paste. It is then topped with glossy candied chestnuts with their skins. Finishing touches of powdered sugar and roasted green tea powder enhance the aroma. This is an elegant and luxurious Montblanc pie, where you can enjoy the aroma and flavor of autumn that deepens with each bite.
