The crispy pie dough is made with 729 layers that are carefully folded and baked, and is filled with fragrant roasted green tea custard cream made in-house and plenty of chestnut paste. It is then topped with glossy candied chestnuts with their skins. Finishing touches of powdered sugar and roasted green tea powder enhance the aroma.
