This organic restaurant uses whole, unique "fixed variety" vegetables, which are carefully grown on our own farm without the use of pesticides or chemical fertilizers, and serves them using simple cooking methods that bring out the maximum flavor of the ingredients.
At our own farm, the "Native Farm," we organically grow about 150 varieties of fixed-breed vegetables each year, and we handle everything from harvesting, delivering, and cooking these incredibly fresh, newly picked vegetables with our own hands.
We are particularly focused on cultivating kale, and you can enjoy dishes that generously use various types of kale all year round.
In addition to vegetarian dishes, we also offer a wide selection of organic wines, beers, and various meat dishes.
We also offer great value courses, plans for groups, and take-out items.
