A pop-up store for "Tokyo Senbei," a rice cracker that incorporates nostalgic yet new ideas for Western-style confectionery, will be opening.

PRESS BUTTER SAND: A butter sandwich with two layers of rich butter cream and smooth, melt-in-your-mouth butter caramel sandwiched between crispy cookies.
We used plenty of butter to create a flavor that allows you to enjoy the taste of butter itself.
The cookies are made using the traditional Japanese confectionery technique called "hasami-yaki," and are baked at high temperatures to create an extra crispy texture.

Tokyo Senbei: Aiming for a light rice cracker that harmonizes with cream, we baked it to a thin 3mm thickness for a light texture.
These crispy, fragrant rice crackers, made with domestically produced rice, are filled with a rich, flavorful cream.
The smooth, melt-in-your-mouth cream, inspired by Western confectionery, complements the slightly salty rice cracker perfectly, enhancing its delicious flavor.
This new rice cracker pairs well not only with Japanese tea, but also with coffee and black tea.
