The hour, minute, and second hands, as well as the indices, are coated with high-brightness LumiBrite, ensuring excellent visibility even in dark places.
Furthermore, the dial pattern combines thick and thin straight lines, expressing the rhythm of waves repeatedly crashing against the shore through geometric patterns.
It features a light blue dial and a blue bezel.
It is difficult to create a see-through case back while maintaining high water and shock resistance, and this also increases the thickness of the case.
However, this model features the thin and highly shock-resistant "Caliber 6L37," which was developed specifically for diver's watches, achieving a thickness of 12.3mm, making it the thinnest SEIKO current mechanical diver's watch.
