This year, Saboten's proud "Aji Fry" (fried horse mackerel) from the Goto Islands in Nagasaki Prefecture will be available at the restaurant for a limited time!
We use plump, thick, in-season horse mackerel caught off the coast of Nagasaki, where the ocean currents are strong. Enjoy this satisfying platter with large black tiger shrimp tempura and bite-sized pork fillet cutlets.
