The watch inherits the design of the hour, minute, and second hands and distinctive square indexes from the 1965 Mechanical Divers, and the beautiful hairline and mirror finishes on the case and bracelet create a sophisticated atmosphere.
The hour, minute, and second hands and indexes are coated with high-brightness Lumibrite to ensure high visibility even in dark places.

The dial pattern combines thick and thin straight lines to create a geometric pattern that evokes the rhythm of waves crashing against the shore.
The regular model features a light blue dial and blue bezel.
It is difficult to create a see-through back that is also highly water-resistant and shock-resistant, and this increases the thickness of the case. However, this model is equipped with the thin, highly shock-resistant Caliber 6L37, developed specifically for diver's watches, which makes it the thinnest of SEIKO 's current mechanical diver's watches, measuring just 12.3mm.
