Notice of store relocation

Thank you very much for your continued patronage.
We will cease operations at our current location on the 2nd floor of the North Building on Monday, October 13, 2025.

JTB LaLaport Tokyo store will be relocated and open on the 3rd floor of the New North Building.
Along with that, October 14th (Tue), 28th (Tue), 29th (Wed), 30th (Thu) Due to relocation, the store Closed I will do it.

Please note that we will be operating at a temporary store from Wednesday, October 15th to Monday, October 27th.
Location: LaLaport South Building 1st floor, in front of the shutter on the connecting corridor to the North Building
Hours: 10:00-18:00 (last admission 17:00)

There are limitations to what can be handled at the temporary store.
We cannot print or hand over paper copies, so when you visit our store, please be sure to register as a MYJTB member using the JTB app and bring your mobile phone with you.
Payment can only be made online.

Please note that we will not be able to answer the phone during temporary store hours or when we are closed, so please contact us via the contact board.
